Josie Snow This is a nice rounded out LP. Chad's lyrics are exceptionally thought out while not being terribly verbose. The production can not go unnoticed. It is divine. Favorite track: Perris Boulevard.

about

What is dedication, and how can one's focus be beneficial (or detrimental) to his or her's said dedication? I don't have the exact answer to that, I'm still on this journey myself. But I do have a story.

Back in 2005, I started this journey with my first official project "The Atma Within". I was fifteen going on sixteen, and have since dropped fifteen solo project (not including the collab projects I've done). I didn't have Facebook growing up, no YouTube, Soundcloud, DatPiff, Worldstar, none of that. Some of us had Myspace, but the site shut down two years after allowing us the ability to have music pages.

Never had access to a videographer, no editors in my small town, no producers at the time either. From a time when video looked like a box and recorded on tapes (video and audio). I'm only 26yrs old, but there was a good five years where I was playing catch up to the changing times. I believe a lot of artist born in the late 80s were, and still are.

My point is this; Despite the constant changes, despite always having to rely on myself to record and mix my own stuff, and shooting and editing my own videos, I always kept going. I keep going to this day. When they ask about my contribution to the culture, I can proudly point at this picture. I can testify to dropping fifteen full length solo projects within a ten year time span, and using those projects as a means to perfect my craft.

I never catered to the insecure, never played on female emotions. I've always kept solid with regards to wordplay and vision. Never cut no corners, never tried to sell projects with sex appeal. A true artist is what I am, and I'm very proud of that.

It's taken 10yrs and 15 solo projects, but I think I've finally got it right this time. I've finally created something timeless to me, something I feel makes everything that came before it irrelevant.

Track Name: A Mother's Love
Introduction:

Damn. Thinking back on the good ol' days, we done came a long way man. Organized! Who would of thought, know what I'm sayin? Who would of thought? We here baby!

[Verse One]

A Black Queen raised a King in the jungle
I was hungry
Was thirsty for knowledge of self from the struggle
Nubian Prince
Was gifted with the excellence of melanin destiny
You'll never break me in this White Man's World
Time to take off
All the negative talking I walked away from it
Barking hardly
You'll never see the Sun reflect the Devil's offspring
I'm feeling happy dawg
My peace is my accomplice
Through meditation
My meditative thoughts and love departed
Was never colder
I'll gladly put the world upon a broken shoulder
Above the atmosphere we're soaring over
I learned forgiveness in my young age
Unity starts with happiness
You're still salty from the past and shit
Lord forgive em

[Chorus]

I pray to God you find your happiness
I pray to God you find your happiness
Your imperfection so beautiful
We're all searching for a mother's love
We're all searching for a mother's love
And I'll said it again.

[Bridge]

See what you offer to the people is like fast food, or that quality cook up. We aint going nowhere, it may take us a bit longer than others. That's the whole point of this, longevity.
(though the trials and tribulations, I promise we gonna take it to the next level, and to the next level, and higher, and higher, until we reach to the top. I promise you.

[Chorus]

I pray to God you find your happiness
I pray to God you find your happiness
Your imperfection so beautiful
We're all searching for a mother's love
We're all searching for a mother's love
And I'll said it again.

[Verse Two]

This dedicated to my twin up northern
I hope you're coping
Hope you find a woman you loving in life
And then things are golden
Find your happiness
In a world full of sinners
My infatuation with getting richer
Is somewhat of a message to the picture
I came far for living for purpose instead of fame
And I've lost too many names for things to ever be the same
I'm being honest
I left the hood to take the trip to college
That was back in 07
I wrote this verse up on the boulevard
I've been around the world
And shaken hands with the stars
A beautiful dream
I'm hoping that my mother could see it
I've been around the world
And shaken hands with the stars
A beautiful dream
And I'm hoping that my mother could see it
I tell em

[Chorus]

I pray to God you find your happiness
I pray to God you find your happiness
Your imperfection so beautiful
Your imperfection so beautiful
We're all searching for a mother's love
Track Name: Lazarus
Introduction:

Lazarus, arise. Glory, the book of Lazarus.

[Chorus]

They knew I was coming back
Lazarus
They knew I was coming back
Lazarus Lazarus
They knew I was coming back
Lazarus

[Verse One]

They knew I was coming back
Was hoping I fell off
I gave em a couple years
Just to get it together before I would take off
I started embracing a new flow
I started to walk where the wolves go
Believing in self that's the god in me
You will not change what was written as prophecy
I'm the God Emcee
That's without a question
Battling me is like an easy death with
Praying for em
I'm praying for em
Got the garden's apple
And a box of rhetorics
Voodoo doctor Black Elohim
Remain eternal while the Heaven's singing
Glory Glory all praises due
The Villainous dines in archaic castles
They knew I was coming back
Lazarus

[Chorus]

Lazarus
Lazarus
They knew I was coming back
Return of the Seven
Lazarus
They knew I was coming back

[Verse Two]

Pay attention to the resurrection
Watch your favorite rappers get a dose of Perris
Paradise
Standing on top of the tabernacles with the universe
I'm heading to Africa
I'm reaching for Glory
I'm digging my history
Flow of the century
I will not be limitated by an Oscar
Nominated Grammy
This is that new chapter
Revenge of the Seven
I spit like I'm Anakin
Rappers beware of him
You can catch me on top of the Pearly Gates
With the Seraphim
See unapologetic
Maybe even standing next to Hov
I'm disrespectful
All praises due
The Villainous dines in archaic castles
They new I was coming back
(Tiz you a fool for this beat man)
Track Name: Titan
Introduction:

In the beginning it was the word. From the word, came the light. But the light was never able to outrun the darkness. From the darkness, came me. I go by The Villain, Seven.

[Verse One]

Aint nothing new to me
And the year is 2015
Why niggas sounding like their Eulogies
Truthfully?
They're lost in depression
No love for the lessons
No gains without the pains
Without a doubt I'm one of the best kid
Recognize the villain
I brought my city up in the buildings
With the bricks
Stone tablets
Golden Tabernacles and shackles
And where the fuck have you been?
Just sitting on your ass
You niggas turning up on the liquor
While I'm making moves for the bigger picture
But we the same right?
Like how you figure that?
My flow is fasho a river of golden
However it's spoken
The Holy Token awoken
I left my enemies soaked
In the blood of the sins they've woven
I'm Wolfenstein without the Omen
And I just want to live
And I just want to be great
So regardless how my story ends
Just know that I was never fake eye
I'll never walk away from promises that I've made myself
But it's hard to find direction
When everybody's got their hands out
But nobody's trying to help you
Said nobody's trying to help you
(just some throwaway shit)

[Verse Two]

Ayo it's funny what this game do
They never knew about the next level until I came through
I taught these niggas how to stay true
I've always repped the same crew
That Organized Threat
And that's for life my nigga who is you
That triple seven
That's word to all my brethren
We gon' make it out alive
And if we don't I guess we'll ball in Heaven
I'm in the kitchen eating left overs for breakfast
Should I dumb my music down
And try to cash out on this rapping shit or
Or grab a bitch and have her sucking up on my dick
Her best friend would eat her pussy out
While I'm rubbing up on her clit
And we can chop it up together
With the hopes of getting rich
See I had dreams of making Hip Hop
Why the fuck am I doing porno flicks
Exploit the culture
I had dreams of making Hip Hp
Why the fuck am I doing porno flicks
And I just want to live
And I just want to be great
So regardless how my story ends
Just know that I was never fake
Track Name: Pariah
Introduction:

"I'm young, I'm handsome, I'm fast, I'm pretty, and cant possibly be beat" - The Great / Legendary Muhammad Ali

[Lead In]

Thank you for joining me, on this journey. And I gotta prove nothing to you, I aint gotta prove nothing to you. And I gotta prove nothing to you. Hold up, we're gonna do it like this.

[Verse One]

Was outcasted in a world of madness
I'm still laughing from all the pain that we managed
I'm still smiling for the broken hearted
They're lost in misfortune
See there's a way out
My nigga try your best when avoiding obstacles
Keep your head up like Pac said
But now that Pac's dead I figured
I would pass the juice to you without the trigger
And maybe you could
Be that
Center of attention that you belong in
You get lost up in that space where all them stars is
I'm chillin
My nigga please
You'll never catch me up on my knees
I'm never asking for no handouts
Unless the love is 50/50
They crippin up on the corner still
And they boolin like the 90s
But I'm focused on that unity
Are you man enough to try it?
See I grew up with them ese's
(riverside, P-Town)
Said I grew up with them ese's

[Verse Two]

Spit a verse like the Heaven's cursing in third person
I'm the candyman
But walking off with the serpent
Through your synagogue
Dedicated misdemeanor turn into felonies
My black and brown gepettos speak
In intelligent tongues
And border crossing slave marketers
Wishing that God was the Devil
The news reporters abandoned the ghettos
And forced us to settle
But I just want my bread and butter dawg
What the fuck is you talking
The blood of a king
Three hundred years don't define our intelligence

[Chorus]

We aint gotta talk about the struggle niggas
We aint gotta talk about the pains
We don't want to ever have to kill each other
But niggas aint the only ones to blame (2x)

And I don't want to be another murdered on the block
Thirty bullets from the cops
Pussy never had to bust it
I was running from the ops
You was flexing in the dickies
They was creeping out the window
Saw them reaching out the top
Damn

A Couple Shots will turn your life into a memory (2x)

[Bridge]

Unify. Unify. I swear to God, we must unify Black and Brown people. If we do not unify, we will not have a community to exist within. This is Hip Hop.

[Verse Three]

Low Lows and a Cadillac reppin him
The flow is gassin him
Trust me
A couple Polaroids in the box
Don't lust for me
Internet gangsters
Thirty something niggas acting like they sixteen
You was Maybelline
I was the Black Constantine
Been crossing over the space odyssey
My 20/20 vision remaining blurry throughout my childhood
See democracy was the illusion
We all fell for it
The Devil's Advocate
Al Pacino reflective dialogue
What is love?
The only reaction more compassionate
Than a woman's touch
(breaker breaker, one two)
The only reaction more compassionate
Than a woman's touch
Feed the People

"and do something, few human beings could do"
- Richard Pryor

[Chorus]

We aint gotta talk about the struggle niggas
We aint gotta talk about the pains
We don't want to ever have to kill each other
But niggas aint the only ones to blame (2x)

And I don't want to be another murdered on the block
Thirty bullets from the cops
Pussy never had to bust it
I was running from the ops
You was flexing in the dickies
They was creeping out the window
Saw them reaching out the top
Damn

A Couple Shots will turn your life into a memory (2x)
Track Name: Garveyites
Voicemail:

"Yo what up Poe? Sal Blanco here, hitting you up. Hope this voicemail finds you well. Just want to let you know that if you take care of your words, the way that you have been, your words are going to take care of you brotha. Oh and umm, one last thing. I've been sober for about 136 days now. Not 136 days in a row but, still. I'll hit you up later and umm, fuck it that's it. Rebel Bear 13, outta here" - Sal "Rebel Bear 13" Blanco

Introduction:

Dedicated to Marcus Garvey, and all his Garveyites. So this is what you wanted? "Von Poe you gettin too soft on us man, what happened to being raw man, what happened to-" Word I got you.

[Verse One]

Von Poe VII rappin
Golden my thrown that's my delegation
Multiplying the Black Panther Party
I start feeling Godly before I see meditation
Elevation
Garveyites
Asiatic when I spit the science
Devils get offended when they meet the lion
You got David with you but I aint Goliath
I'm speaking the word to my people
Follow the seven
Follow the Threat through the trenches
You knew about it once he knew about it
Can't forget the lessons that they tried to hide from us
All for the glory
It's all for the glory my niggas
Who want it?
I flow like I'm Cassius
Sounding like a revolution
When unloading that toy in that basket
People who speak on the seven's a mystery
The god aint never ever heard about them
Maybe if they said his name on wax
Like the candyman
He'd be bout it bout it
The Holy Lands are meaning more to me
Mother Mother praising all of Africa
Garveyites
Revolutionaries
Glory to God we from Africa!
Track Name: Pride of My People ft. Row Dayanghirang and Sleep Sinatra
Introduction:

"It's Row holding it down on 106 OGT Radio. I got a dope new track from the homie Poe, shout out Organized Threat. I swear this boy just does it all. If he's not filming, editing, or directing, he's making dope music like this track right here. I want you to turn it up for this exclusive world premiere, it's called "Pride of My People". Come on!" - Row Dayanghirang (106KMEL Radio)

[Verse One]

I remember living off of Little Caesar's pepperonis
And the bread sticks
Would always feed the hunger at night
And as a youth I always wanted more for my life
Was caught up in the fortune and fame
Now who could blame him
My momma moved us out of LA
And out to Riverside
I spent a couple years in private school
Within the neighborhood
It's funny how it happened
Too many gangstas on the sidewalk
Our mothers prayed to god
But even Jesus couldn't save us
The pride of my people

[Verse Two]

The corner block blues was never stopping him
See I hate to sound redundant
But I'll dumb it down for some of those around me
And I remember reading history lessons about the 60s
So as far as I'm concerned
Niggas suffer with democracy
Battle with words
Their truth stays curving my true potential
Some of yall won't see it til I'm dead in the dirt
And thinking back on what it was
I dated misery
Was probably too addicted to Malcolm(X)
To ever blossom in the industry
Travel with caution
My triple visual's awoken
Never dormant
For that H.I.P.H.O.P.
So what's the issue
You niggas too concerned with being famous
All up on your instagrams begging for attention
You was begging for a mention
I couldn't spare it
Conversations with the spirit
Got me thinking higher of self
So now my purpose on this earth is liberation
For the centuries of damage that was done
To my people in this nation
The pride of my people

[Verse Three: Sleep Sinatra]

Tone like he spoke arabic
A cold narrative
Used to open the dungeon doors
For more impairment
Beast hit the circle
Lights flashin
Negus scatter
We fell prey to reconstruction
Its disaster
These hidden factors
Are in control of your mind
Let this opus shine
Open up your soul over time
Still crack a 40 in the same nieghborhood
i survived
Saw an old friend yesterday with pain in his eyes
This life's real
Track Name: Cowboy Bebop
Introduction:

"What I'm saying is; we deal with reality right now, I'm saying let's build with the basis of right now. We talking about how we was Kings and Queens, that's all good. We discovered math and science, but now let's master math and science for right now so we can have economic power. We have to deal within ourselves, and eliminate them from our equation completely. We keep on dealing like the white man, you know? As soon as you say 'the white man took everything away from me, took everything away from me', that means you have to give him props for everything that you do have. Cause every time he took something away, that means he let you...he left, you know what I'm saying. He took his noose out, and took his pressure off just a little bit so you could win" - Lauryn Hill

[Verse One]

From now on
If you aint bustin at corrupted cops or a politician
Then you a coward when you rap about who you killin
That dope-dealin aint impressing me when you talk in your rhymes
I've seen the cleanest niggas get turned
On alert like they was one time
After one line
The fuck is your purpose when talking reckless
Niggas quick to knock the government
But never the heart to settle it
I bet on this
So give me the loop in the form of freedom
We was crying over Treyvon
In the hood they're still beefin
Creepin
Cause George Zimmerman's corrupted like you
They lose a fight up in the ghetto
How many gunners gon' shoot?
How many brothas down to ride out
Like a Panther Party's night out
Or a reckless crew of nightowls
That be bangin for their sector
The battle of Kings is dependent
On the destiny you created
And it's a shame because them niggas in your circle
Will be the fakest
They smiling in faces
And laughing with them niggas that you came with
While they plotting on your loyalty
Like a snake in women's clothing
I can feel it man

[Chorus]

I can feel it
All up in my soul man (4x)

[Verse Two]

I'm in the lobby of the hotel
Remanence on many farewells
Sparking the "L"
How many wishing the god's gon' fail
I'm Al Pacino up in Scarface
That's an underdog in a rat race
Jacking the safe
While I'm blastin at helicopters
With the chopper
To the melodies of the river bed
For the glory is what my nigga said
Ima do this shit for all of yall
With the hopes of living larger dawg
My niggas who be shooting dice
In the alleyways of apartments
My cuzzo is a don to small timers
Quick to spark it
They locked in emotions
And numb from the styrofoam
That they're holding
And lately I've been thinking
What's the point of all the smoking
See I be heading out to New York
Like one day Ima run with this
Knowing that could never happen
I'm from Cali reppin proudly
And I'm needing yall to understand
That I'm the best from the west
I'll put your soul on ice like 96 to 97
Peep the message
I'm hoping for a change for all this work I did
And if not, well
That's simply not an option kid.

[Chorus]

I can feel it
All up in my soul man (4x)
Track Name: Perris Boulevard
Introduction:

Riverside in this mothafucka! It's like that boy! One time for your mind, what's the word?! Two times for the rhyme.

[Lead In]

Do that shit
Do that shit
What? (4x)

[Verse One]

Ayo them bucket shots silence you cats
Regardless of companies kept
Under the radar
Niggas aiming at your teflar
Murderous baring coffinous
Ominous when anonymous
Regulating the phosphorous
Shamanistic apocalypse flex
I'm that nigga sending fire through your scripture
Activate my chakra
Aint no limit to my ceiling
Reminiscing the villainous
Diligent when we working
I'd rather make my mom a Mil
Before I die without a purpose like that

[Chorus]

It's like that boy!
And we aint gotta stop until this shit get right
Perris Boulevard
Been rockin on the scene since the age of sixteen

[Verse Two]

Twenty twelve was the rebirth
One three was like the massacre
This chapter is the aftermath
Where seven is the master
I'm running laps on you bastards
How you niggas claiming Hip Hop
But deny its very essence
In the presence of the master
Niggas pussy
If they could be in my shoes
Them niggas would be
But we left them in the past
And now we're focused on the dream
I got my ashes on my enemies
Niggas we reign supreme
And a forty for homies
Who because a Perris memories

[Chorus]

It's like that boy!
And we aint gotta stop until this shit get right
Perris Boulevard
Been rockin on the scene since the age of sixteen
Still mothafuck the cops and everything that's proper
I do this for my city and them blocks we rock
It's like that boy!

[Verse Three]

Ayo I'm villainous
That Perris boulevard was like my genesis
My homies were Latinos
On the quest to be gambinos
(How'd you make it out?)
And Satellite to Perris was a testament
Another Black Panther
But I never rocked a letterman
Told my mother if I died
To bury me within the settlement
I was sixteen but on the block with dope fiends
And back when party crews was crackin on the block
We made it happen
When I went by Lil Razcle
PTF was steady stackin
Shout outs to KA Krush A-Lot
A lot of them aint make it
And IEK that's family
With Luscious Pimps affiliated
That's on my city dawg
I'm reppin to the fullest
Yea we strive for bigger dreams
Still attracted to the bullshit
[I'm getting older dawg
Reflecting on the sorrow
Rest in peace to Jav and Silky
Cash O' Neil and Paul Ruiz] (2x)

[Chorus]

It's like that boy!
And we aint gotta stop until this shit get right
Perris Boulevard
Still mothafuck the cops and everything that's proper
Track Name: Eastwood Confession of Papa J. Ruiz (Solo)
Introduction:

So what we talkin' bout? We talking bout police, mothafuckin Feds, what we talkin' bout? The mothafuckin government, religion, bitches, liquor, weed, all that shit. That real shit yall need to hear.

[Verse One: Papa J. Ruiz]

Shit I be like fuck em'
I don't need no friends
And I will live forever
I don't see no end
Riding inside of this hooptie
Treat it like it's a Benz
I break the weed down take out the stems
Fuck who pretends
From a town where them baggies of that deep bulk
Of green hope
The price contends to see-saw
We hustling for that reward
But me Lord
Because I'm spittin
They literally look at me like I'm a retard
But I can't turn back
Because my feet fall on recharge
Not shining young homie
Perro antes I'm just trying to get up out this shit
Carlitos pregantes
Don't turn to John Doe
Watch your friends around them Benny Blancos
Te begga si la plant están el banco

[Bridge]

I solemnly swear, for that mothafuckin dollar, I will turn into a crooked ass mothafucka right? That's what this country do to yall.

[Verse Two: Papa J. Ruiz]

Now one time
For every time I done seen it
For the time being that we here
We get crucified for no reason
Since before my lady on leavage
I been chasing this money
And chasing this dream
A new breed of young leaders
And mothafuckas gon' see us
Cause that early preparation
In this war is always needed
Threat is always organized
For Sumerian to speak it now
Give me props now give me dues
Don't follow code
I done broke the rules
Snakes disguised
While shaking hands
With people that I once knew
Like fuck homie
But now I just stare at moons
And paranoia kicks in
And smoking "L"s don't help the mood
Ones that kill you
Are the ones that say that they're there for you
And I apologize
In that sixth grade
That Em and Jay
That Renegade that paved the way
For me to grab my nuts and say
Fuck you I'm getting paid
Give me what I want
Ima raid the place
Run up in the spot
And take the Grammy
Speak loud
I'm never rambling
Hey, look at my face
I'm that reason to grow
Breaking that chief with the blow
Should of been defeated at Lowes
Failed a couple of times
Now I'm back tough
Middle finger Ima act up
Two fives
Rub your tits
Put your ass up
Eighth down
Fuck the cops pulled up
It's a shake down

[Interlude]

I got uh, one White male, one Black male, two Brown males. I need fifty cars - Police Officer

[Bridge]

It's all the grinding, up early
Aye Ryan we recording? We recording?
Aight that's solid
All I ever wanted was this
All I ever wanted was this
Yall mothafuckas just playin with this
Take it up, and grind
Got that moaning shit

[Verse Three: Papa J. Ruiz]

And as I dream
Fall work hard for all my shit
Matter of fact
I talk to God about all this shit
My son needs clothes
The rent is due
No side slackin homeboy
I gotta get this loop
I stand alone on no coward shit
And the lord bless those that overwork
So I overtime on hour shifts
The feeling overwhelmed wanna quit
I said I can't, Land of The Hate
Brainwashed by them Benjamin Franks
Big dreams fuck a minimum wage
And the partners all around me
Seen them similar days
Blood sweat mixed with tears
Run down my cheek
Once upon a time I remember
I was too young to speak
But I understood I couldn't ever fear defeat
Judge a man homeboy when he's done complete
I stay running and I'm hoping
Trying to find me some light
Still roam with the night
But my money not right
But I give you my all
I give a fuck
If the world rejects my word and balls
All I've had since I was being choked
With an umbilical cord
Dear Lord
Let a youngin wake up
The next morning
Take a fresh breath of air
And rise up again
Get the goals I prosper for
I never acted as a person
That I never thought I was
Love will have these busters
Slippin on their rubber gloves
Trying to get you when the clock strike ten
Getting rich or die trying
Get you smoked
By your very best friend
See when you die
People try to go and fuck your bitch
And I'll be damned man
Throw stones and hit me with sticks
But I be forward moving
The potent user
That bust like a ruger
Doing damage like bazooka
The ruler tell you move bitch
Like I was Luda
The fewer the shooter
To shoot a youngin
That be shootin for lunas
Olive Buckley
Cold December
And just remember
You aint never had a friend like me
Sometimes I sit and wonder
If God ever had to go and sin like me
And had calls with his cousin
From the pin like me
And smoked with his outlawz
Before they ride like G'z
You'll never find by iii
Define iii
By the places that no longer find iii
The dry drive
Blood of cry
While these rhymes keep me inside
House of my momma's chicken and rice
For the little one
While your drama class taught me
How to roll dice
In my eyes
Bangin, gettin money, stripes
Bitches with the fat ass that admire some rides
Guns and knives
The spice
No mager heights
G-Code
Lived off 7-11 Doritos
I speak words that a beast would
Out the Eastwoods
With the heat good
Bustin like Eastwood
Out they Gran Torino

Voicemail:

"Yo, what up nigga. It's Papa J. bro. I hit your line up man, I had to dial you up bro. I missed your call and shit, I'm out here chasing the dollar sign. You already know how it is, slow feet don't eat. You know my speech. I hope everything good bro. Had to hit you back up, make sure everything's swell. Fuck the rest, period. You know what I'm sayin? If I don't pick up the line, you already know what the business is. I'm out here trying to get mine. So it's all love baby, get yours. Hit me back when you get that free time, yep. One" - Papa J. Ruiz

[Chorus]

Hold up
Let me feel the breeze aye yay
I've been drifting through
The corners of these streets
And lately I've been thinking
Bout the buildings and the pyrex
Make my momma prouder
Free my niggas form the projects (2x)

[Verse One]

See this is what they vibing to
The game aint been the same
Since Papa J. and Poe been on the loose
Some liquor for my partners
Pray I never have to bury more
If I had a baby boy
Just know I want the best for you

[Bridge]

"People change around you, because they start treating you different because of your success. So you are changing. You don't change who you are, the core of who you are, the things that you believe, the things you love, and the things you'd die for, and your principles. You don't change that, but you're going to change who you are. You're gonna change, you know. You can't do the same things, you can't go hang on the corner. Some people may not be comfortable with that. And it deals with the other side of success, how people look at you when you're successful. 'Media meddles, people sue, you settle. Every step you take they remind you, you ghetto.'" - Sean "Jay-Z" Carter

[Chorus]

Hold up
Let me feel the breeze aye yay
I've been drifting through
The corners of these streets
And lately I've been thinking
Bout the buildings and the pyrex
Make my momma prouder
Free my niggas form the projects
Hold up

[Verse Two]

Just let him feel the breeze
They send him back to prison
He aint never see the streets
And all he wants is justice
For the crimes he done committed
Know he did a couple wrongs
But not enough to lose his children

[Chorus]

Hold up
Let me feel the breeze aye yay
I've been drifting through
The corners of these streets
And lately I've been thinking
Bout the buildings and the pyrex
Make my momma prouder
Free my niggas form the projects

[Verse Three]

See this is what they vibing to
The game aint been the same
Since Papa J. and Poe been on the loose
Some liquor for my partners
Pray I never have to bury more
If I had a baby boy
Just know I want the best for you
Just know I want the best for you
Track Name: Dante's Inferno
Introduction:

One time for your mind, two times for the rhyme like that. Word
Yea it be like that, sometimes
Yea it be like that, sometimes
Strive for the future

[Verse One]

Fuck and introduction
I'm serving beef to whoever what it
Like fuck it
I'll be the first to bring the ruckus
The villainous
Climbing down your chimney
Like the Boogeyman
And tried to keep the peace
Battle raps go hand and hand
Mothafuckas in the underground
Better start to salute me
Jacking my styles buffoonery
Top villains lack the purity
Of the original villain
It aint even about the money
But it is about your loyalty
How you moving meaning more to me
Decisions Decisions
I swear to God these niggas bitches
But I get labeled as the bad guy
For speaking out against them
Catch me on the up and up
Dolo walking
A prophet
Allegiance off to the marksman
You basic spitting the typical
Getting popped off
Or ran the fuck over by Southern Levies
The flow is heavy
Poetic Death corrupting all of yall
With the Nubian Bling
Look what I did to these rappers man
Look what I did to these rappers

[Chorus]

Sometimes
Yea it be like that (4x)

[Verse Two]

Ayo the motto's been the same
Since niggas jumped off the plane wildin'
I'll spit a couple 32s
And bounce to the Cambridge Islands
I'm lounging
Dolo on the block with the hooded sweater
Aint going out like Trayvon
You cracka niggas move along
Trying to get on
To the top of the bracket
And I aint packing
Wooden caskets of poverties
Babies die for monopoly money
You tenderoni types to only bark with the homies
In the same fashion the pigs do
When they rockin out with the badges on em
See I aint sweating it
My real niggas represent
Haters on the block
They wanna take you out to the parking lot
I'm coo with it
My celly buzzin form my Mrs.
She's trying to get my dick sucked
I'm trying to get her pussy eaten
Might have a threesome
That depends on how we feeling
I got a list of known celebs
I'm trying to bag before the weekend
All these rappers got me fucked up
Trying to clown on my vernacular
I spit a flow spectacular
I'm laughing at you amateurs
Who wanna wage wars like Kamikazes
Knock me on that sucka shit
Get bombed like Nagasaki
For the fish scale
Hoping you repel
So many farewells
I done made it pretty far
From where I started off as a child
I'll put my foot up in your ass boy
I roam without the posse
A Neo-Nazi in comparison to niggas
Who try to plot on me
So I'm posted at the Arco
Never posted up in park though
Surveillance or the radar
These rappers never been hard
Track Name: YN (Melancholia)
Introduction:

Live it up though, just live it up. Throw it up through, just throw it up. What's the word word? Bring in the hook like this.

[Chorus]

Young ass niggas on the come up
Young ass niggas feeling fly
Young ass niggas getting paper
Young ass niggas staying high
Young ass niggas living restless man
Young ass niggas pray to pussy
Young ass niggas give a fuck about the politics
Young ass niggas never die

[Verse One]

And I came up in the building with the hoodie
Like I'm Trayvon
Flexing on the scene
Later smoking on a swisher
Praying to the skyline
Hoping that I make it
No homies in the background
Just imaginations
Oh Lord
Try to put me in a box
And I aint with it
I spit it how I'm living
Relaxing
I'm chilling in the background
Watching Tarantino
Thinking bout my lifestyle
Trips to Camario
They wanna see me sad baby
I couldn't give it to em
Living up on cloud nine
It's so beautiful
Thinking bout the after affects
And what it meant to me
I wasn't put here to just have fun
But Ima live it to the limit
While I'm fucking on a bad one
Another young nigga
Trying to make some memories

[Chorus]

Young ass niggas on the come up
Young ass niggas feeling fly
Young ass niggas getting paper
Young ass niggas staying high
Young ass niggas living restless man
Young ass niggas pray to pussy
Young ass niggas give a fuck about the politics
Young ass niggas never die

[Verse Two]

You knew about it
I bet you knew about it
That heartbreak
There aint nothing you could do about it
Momma in the kitchen
Steady thinking bout the break up
My father was a no show
The nigga never raised us
Twenty-Thirteen
And through the years of getting closer
A couple years later that's my nigga
And I love him
You knew about it
I know you knew about it
My happiness
There aint nothing you could do about it
Papa J. done hit me on the cellie-phone daily
I swear we gonna make it
I aint worried bout a damn thing
Oh Lord put me in positions for a come up
A lot of us been locked up
For running with the gun up
You knew about it
I know you knew about it
My dedication
There aint nothing you could do about it
Von Poe VII nigga
Reppin for the Threat, still
Just a young nigga living godly
Believe that

[Chorus]

Young ass niggas on the come up
Young ass niggas feeling fly
Young ass niggas getting paper
Young ass niggas staying high
Young ass niggas living restless man
Young ass niggas pray to pussy
Young ass niggas give a fuck about the politics
Young ass niggas never die

"Yo, what's up? It's Dynasty, calling to check in with you. Yo I've been working on this joint, I wanted to run it by you real quick. You know, see how you feeling it and all that good stuff. I know you know, the project gotta be fire. So I gotta make sure I come correct. So, anyways I was like;

They noticing her in passing
The beautiful assassin
Who's she is what they've been asking
And what is it she's masking
The way she's been acting
They know there's something with her
This music thing is a passion
But they don't seem to get her
Been in it for a long time
Before the recognition
Everybody being Bobby
Don't want no more New Addition
No vision
Cause trauma to your ocular
Please yall
Stop making stupid people popular
They want the real
But they worship the manufactured
Their food is all GMO
And their artist is full of plastic
I'm killing it in this rap shit
I know and weknow...

Aye you know what? Matter of fact, Ima just leave it right there yo. I'll see the rest when I see you, I'll spit that when I see you aight. I'll link with you in the studio later, one!" - Dynasty

[Lead In]

And I aint gonna ever gon' apologize
And I aint gonna ever gon' apologize
And we aint gonna ever gon' apologize
And we aint gonna ever gon' apologize

[Verse One]

I came up in the mothafucka holding my dick
My angel's singing from the mountain top
Of gravy and grits
The Amistad was my departure of purpose
I'm flipping the bird on em
Sipping from a corner of curbs
My nigga swerve on em
Poppa was a gangsta
From them Old School days
I got a dollar and a dream
A couple 40z for your pains dawg
My Black people
We unify for the sequel
Kill em softly
Your purchase of purpose
Is not of worth to me
I'm staring out of the same window
That Nas was looking out of
I'm cruising out of the block
Waiting for Pac up in my rear fear
My grandma just had a stroke
And I'm hoping
That the universe will bless her
With enough life
To see me on that television
My family coming a long way from nothing
But you doubt him
You foolish
I'm probably your favorite rapper's rapper
When it's all said and done respect the purpose
Cause now-a-days
Yall singing to these underage women
Like Jared Fogle
What the fuck

[Chorus]

One time for the people on the block
Steady rocking
My single mothers
My single fathers in the projects
And two times for the people in the scene
Keep your hands up in the sky
If it's deeper than the cream (2x)

"Von Poe, mothafuckin Poetic Death. What's up Vato? Fuckin hit me up dawgy, can't wait to hear that shit later man. Let me know when you drop that shit" - Alex Picasso

Introduction:

Play the other one
Yea that's the one, run it!

Walking up in the building
With my ego pressed to the ceiling
My brother always said that I'd be the greatest
I think I feel him now
It took a couple years to bounce back
I was having problems in the Wolf Pack
Too many snakes up in my garden jack

[Verse One: VON POE VII]

Niggas trying to homies
Off the strength alone
And I'm zoning
I'm steady focused, the locus
And I was plottin on the game
Before I wrote this
You a bitter thug
To a beetleborg coping
Too much coke up in your nose
Niggas got you drowning in your feelings nigga
What the fuck you building killa?
I aint seen a spark of flame
How you changing up the game
Within the same lane
You was buzzin off that internet
But I aint a fan of all the barking
A raven's nest in a crow's habitat
Took a couple years to bounce back

[Chorus]

Took a couple years to bounce back
Loyalty (4x)

[Verse Two: Papi Dollaz]

All based on the strength of my loyalty
And royalty
These fuck boys wanna boil me
But I maneuver
Always known that niggas
They knew that they only hatin
Cause I'm shining like some royal sheen, OMG
It's IGO and OGT
And loyal niggas get dirty
Nigga you ODB
I kill tracks
No mass social
You know it's me
Sometimes the best artist out
Are so discreet
But I swear the Fo' stand out
Man it's so unique
Before I sell my soul
I'd rather sell the dream
Poe said the coke got em doped
But they aint knowing
We the ones will hand your coat up
Ugh, yuck
I've been doing this
Since swing sets and monkey bars
Hella Fo's no telescope
You know we stars
I'm way up 52/80
So you know we far
L.O.Y.A.L you know we are

[Verse Three: Blacky Montana]

Loyalty, cold heart and a rosary
Bury me in Perris
And don't spill no fuckin Hennessy
Loyalty and my strap is all I need with me
Used to be my day one
I remember how it used to me
I guess hoes and the money make a fool switch
He caught a case
Broke the code
And the fool snitched
Loyalty was the shit he used to talk about
Lost kids in the hood
Used to play at each other's house
On the real
You can't trust none of these mothafuckas
Fools switch
Like them fake friends
Trying to knock your hustle
Got some homies locked up
Dawg, I feel your struggle
Loyalty, hold it down boys
The block got you
Still riding through the ghetto
With my eyes closed
My daughters are the only ones
I'll die for
Loyalty, I'll make sure that they remember me
And that I kept it solid
Never broke loyalty

[Verse Four: Vic Virtuoso]

Their aint no loyal people left
I want the money and respect
And when I set my mind on something
What I want is what I get
And the day you cross me
That's gon' be the day you gone regret
Because my tongue is like a sword
And that shit's aiming for your neck
And I'm tougher than titanium claws
There aint no taming the boss
I feeling like I'm nailed down to a cross
And everybody throwing stones at your boy
My soul remains in tact
If my flesh you destroy
I aint trippin cause I know just who I am
I know just where I stand
And I know even the hardest rock
Can turn as soft as sand
So go ahead
Keep acting like you can't be touched
Man the cemeteries full of cats
That talk too much
And I know I aint gon' be around forever
But there is one thing I know
That everything I leave behind is gon' be better
Than any shit you ever wrote
It's Vic

[Verse Five: Papa J. Ruiz]

And if I lost it
My mind like I'm Andy Kaufman
Tell me would you ride
Or call it quits from your exhaustion
But often it's too many for me
And I flip my nine to five check
Don't try to have the nerve
To ever ask for a penny off me
Love my hood baby
Don't you claim it
A convo with the partnas
Make the cops think that we dangerous
Be yourself baby
Don't you be nobody famous
And love your life
Don't let yourself get anxious
I know your friends can turn
Into some strangers any moment
If we learn to hustle hard
Then one day that we can own it
Them blurry faces
Loyalty is hard to find
It's like it's been exterminated
Stand silence
Watch your brother turn into a snake
And try to slide behind you
The turf battles don't compare
To the soul searching
For the worst battle
And its sole purpose
Was in the back sitting on crates
In my mind i need the money
Should I sit and I pray?
Or should I rob you?
Respect I demand it
Should I take yours for the day
That you ever try to hand it
Look down while I'm shooting up
And there's plenty
Let me eat
Way more to gain
When there's just a few of us

"Yo my dude, Poe the god. What's good man, Twon man. You know it's our year man. Time to stop fuckin with these frontin ass niggas that be backstabbing and really take over. This year we all about the green man, hit me up. Over and out." - Twon "Smokey" Davisson
Track Name: American Ultra
Introduction:

Okay. Just ride with me, just vibe with me.

[Verse One]

That Beauty and The Beast flow
Addicted to the pain
I'm fighting shadows off in the rain
Under a cloud of jaded echos
My comfort was abandonment
I was too real to fit up in their boxes
They couldn't handle it
So we travel across the universe
in search for the golden necklace
They're saying that
That boy seven is back up on his Death shit
Feeling blessed for what I've conquered
For the lessons learned I'm honored
You pay the cost to be the boss
And I'm just happy I aint faltered
Cigarillos to the broken ghettos
My fallen fellows
Some liquors for your pains
I pray your memories stay eternal
And cemetery under moonlight
Stalking him
The raven is watching him
The god in the flesh on the steps
Until these devils aint an obstacle

[Chorus]

American Ultra
American Ultra
America Ultra
What is life but immortality
Searching for the fallacy
American Ultra
The raven in the darkness
Grew to love without a heart, kid

[Verse Two]

You want the truth infused
Quoted with the lines from the booth
Now should I lie to my fans
And direct them how to all "stay true"
Should I ride for the crew
During dark times when jail is the noose
Is my value reflected in views
Am I better than you
See when we die
We cry to Heaven's Gate
Our flesh to the dirt
Put a kiss on the curse
What's the worst
That they could do to a Hearst
See I was there for the birth
And a cry of joy
Was the only thing that I heard
Some nurses were chanting verses
As I awoke from the earth
They said "The Nazareth's awoken"
A golden robe
I was bathed in ornaments
With a manifesto of Chosen
I'm here to save yall from the torment
Spit flames against the Omen
My apologies I've been lost
But I understand my destiny
Crucify to me the cross my niggas

[Chorus]

American Ultra
American Ultra
America Ultra
What is life but immortality
Searching for the fallacy
American Ultra
The raven in the darkness
Grew to love without a heart, kid

[Hidden Freestyle: Vek]

Cerebralism, does that make me a "Cerebralist"?
Maybe cause I diagnose my flaws
And search for feebleness
Anytime of Evilness
I jab it with a mental needle tip
And make the needle drip
Out onto a steel dish
Then I examine it
All I see is famine and
Suffering abandonment
Can't be smoking Cannabis
Always where the vital mask
I never speak the literal
And never check my Psycho-Pass
Cause I'd be a latent criminal
I can't self destruct
So I detonate the dominator
Before it detonates me and dominates
You can draw the pages
I'd be a fugitive of the corrupted Sybil System
I am a fugitive of what you'd call a Civil System
Some say a system works
But there is a flaw that tends to lurk
And it's puttin you hard into the dirt
Back to that very first square that you always were
Trying to slaughter egotism
Either bring the heat or miss em
Just another rare case of Chronic-Type Cerebralism

[Verse One]

PTown, Ptown
Where you from?
That Riverside
So many years
Too many fears
So many tears
Who's down to ride
Man, where you been?
Where you been?
What's the word?
You so absurd
Got a lot to lose
Even more to prove
I'm kickin back
I'm in my grove
That triple seven, G-O-D
I'm too smooth for these lame dudes
Not in the mood for your highschool
Fanbase or your bogus crews
You see the iii's
You know the seven
I'm meditating up to Heaven's gate
We illuminating like "oh my god"
Treat this rappin shit like a marathon
Yall stuck in motion like three-sixty
Seeing everything coming full circle
Never been the type to turn my back on niggas
If the work was handled when I leave the building
Feed the people
Teach the children
What you stand for is how you livin
Your work ethic that's everything
That seventh crown to an halo ring

[Chorus]

[Bridge]

And the sun falls
(and it's still falling)
And the sun falls
(and the sun falls and it's still falling)
And the sun falls
(and the sun falls and it's still falling)

Be the change that you want to see
Lead the path you was meant to lead
Celebrate with my real niggas
Who held me down to the death of me
(and the sun falls)
Be the change that you want to see
We gon' walk this path we was meant to lead
Hold me down to the death of me
(and the sun falls)

[Verse Two: Papa J. Ruiz]

And the sun fell on my lap
And they gon' try and starve us
But I can't let that happen
Before I'm on
A standing ovation, yea
Just get to clapping
What happen too?
All the claiming that you real like us, baby
You don't feel like us, baby
You aint built like us, baby
Heart golden man of steel
On that waistline
Cut the baseline go flat
And it's too late
Everybody wanna take that feet back
Then it's too late
(way too late)
I aint took no glimpse back
And the world is yours
I aint read it on no blimp jack
Put the mute on em
When I'm starving
And I still have to feed my son
Figure out how to keep a little roof on him
While I'm joggin from the cops
While the chest bounce gold off me
Everybody want the gold off me
And I see my life in the bigger scene
All success no in between
Straight to your face with the message
Yea baby I'm flexxxing

[Chorus]

I'm just flexxxing, whoa!
I represent for my people
I hold it down for my people
This be all for my people

Track Name: Polyamory ft. Dominika
Introduction

[Verse One]

We live in the moment of love
I'm feeling the buzz
The back of the bus
And is it a sin that we lust
Is it okay that we trust in a couple opinions
Top of the roof
Reach for the ceiling
I'm hoping for beautiful things
The love in the air is a beautiful spring

[Chorus]

Here for the party
We just here for the party
We just here for the party
We just here for the party
We just here for the party

[Verse Two]

I came in the room with a smile and a flex
Pain on my chest
Love on her breast
And I'm feeling emotions
I'm feeling the vibe
I'm feeling like kissing the sky
Who would of thought
That we'd make it to this
Ultimate level
In love with the rebel
We been through it all through
We breaking the mold
A couple of blunts for the road
A couple of friends if you're down for a show
And if you're really about it
Just jump on this mattress
Sit next to god
A trip to the stars and beyond
These are the days of our youth
Love is the truth
Love is the path that we're walking
In love with the process
The human experience
All that we're feeling is, love

[Chorus]

We just here for the party
We just here for the party
We just here for the party

[Verse Three]

I came in the room with a smile and a flex
My girl had a ride
A coupe that night

Insecurities ain't welcomed here
No slave masters
No ownership, man
Love is love
And that's the way we feeling it
Tell me the truth
Tell me your fantasies
Baby girl why is you lying
In love with defiance

In love with the process
The human experience
All that we're feeling is, love

[Chorus]

We just here for the party
We just here for the party

"Yooo, it's Joogy nigga. What's up? I would like to start off by saying, man fuck all yall niggas. Understand this my nigga, OGT is the future. Now salute to that, peace to the movement" - Justin aka Joogy Jugg

[Verse One]

What is love for those who've been lost
And what is pain for those
Without the cross in mind
And did you sell your soul to be the boss
Did you sell your body
For them hopes and dreams
Or them fast cars
Did you leave your people?
Sacrifices and hate is evil
See love is war
When the affects are lethal
And propaganda's my holiness
See love is the picture we painting
I'm stuck in the game
A man of my word
I'm a man of confessions
Can you say the same?
We stuck is a system
Of niggas and bitches
Them cops they be trippin
But what is the difference
When the outcome
A couple bullet shot
Another life is missing, damn

[Chorus]

And the sun shines through my life
We play the game
Still roll the dice
The space between them candle lights (2x)

[Verse Two]

Stuck in the streets
Like I'm stuck in a sequel
Word to my peoples
Peace to my niggas
Who stayed off the block
Once the money was peaceful
My nigga you made it
(whoa!)
My nigga you made it
We pray for good health
Cause money wont buy you
That spiritual wealth
I'm growing my niggas
I'm learning from all of my niggas, damn

[Chorus]

And the sun shines through my life
We play the game
Still roll the dice
The space between them candle lights (8x)
Track Name: Filthy Money Wishes
Introduction:

"The man I worked for, he had one of the biggest companies in New York City. He ran it for more than fifty years. Fifteen years, eight months, nine days, I was with him every day. I looked after him, took care of him, protected him. I learned from him. Bumpy was rich, but he wasn't white man rich. You see he wasn't wealthy. He didn't own his own company. He thought he did, but he didn't. He just managed it. White man owned it so they owned him. Nobody owns me, though." - Denzel Washington (American Gangster 2007)

[Verse One}

Filthy money wishes
We lottery scheming
That mission impossible
We plottin spots to rock
When the block gets hot
I want the mansion and the yacht
Just to say that we did it
See the criminal system
Is something that my team is never mission
Minorities listen when we're poverty stricken
Them words will save you
We only representing twelve percent
Of the continent that we living in
So as a Black man in America
Never in God have I trusted in
That's common sense
Egyptian pyramids on Christian dollars, kid
I want the cream
I'm trying to live it up like I'm Ray Liota
With a couple females
Bullet holes and some sea shells
The good life
I'll cop a couple thou'
And get my mouth fixed
Or thug it out for my people
With a chipped tooth and a white chick
That's how I'm living
I'll speak it simple
So you can paint the picture
From rags to riches
The baddest bitches
Aint the Queens my nigga
I'm in the Lincoln
Trying to ride it out like Cadillac
My Grandpa had the Eighty-Nine
And when he died, he gave me that
My nigga where's your heart at?
Ayo I tucked it by my nut sack
So if a nigga try to test me
Best believe he getting all that
Before I fall back
And lay with the earth
My mom's retirement
Is something Ima provide
Even if I gotta ride for it

[Chorus]

Filthy money wishes
We went from rags to riches
I'm just trying to live it up
For homies serving time in prison
We'll be living large until the lights go out
We'll be living large until the lights go out (2x)

[Verse Two]

And what about that
See reality living aint what I'm dreaming
We manifesting the future
It's coming so just get used to it
The rebirth of the African on American soil
That's revenge of the slave
Or the resurrection of higher elevation
I got the .45 and the shotty
But we tired of all that gun talk
Cause the cops is still corrupted
Meaning most of yall aint bustin
So fuck it
I'd rather live it up and hit the town tonight
And spark the revolution
With a Molotov and candle light
We thuggin
To the villainous
Good Fellas, Untouchables
We sparking up the Cuban
And word to Formula we cruising
To the good life
I'll cop a couple mil'
And get my city fixed
Free meals for the children
A better house to live with cheap expenses
Cause word is bond
My niggas are out here trying to get it
I'm trying to make it out
Without becoming another statistic
So stick to the mission
We about the rock the nation
Like the Reagan Era
And Black Panther Party Genocide
In all it's terror

[Chorus]

Filthy money wishes
We went from rags to riches
I'm just trying to live it up
For homies serving time in prison
We'll be living large until the lights go out
We'll be living large until the lights go out (2x)

"The most important thing in business is honesty, integrity, hardwork. Family, never forgetting where we came from. See you are what you are in this world, and that's either one of two things. Either you're somebody, or you're nobody. I'll be right back." - Denzel Washington (American Gangster 2007)

[Verse One]

I came in this game with a mission
Multi-million dollar platinum awarded
My vision means more to me
I sat by the Holy Ghost
Speaking in tongues to a burning tree
(Black Moses)
Tell the Queen we want out reparations
Holy mother murdered Africa
They gave us our pain
Not the strength in us
I'm back in this bitch
And I'm checkin em
Born in Dexter's Laboratory
So pass me the 40oz
We pouring one
For niggas no longer a Threat to us
I'm back from the dead
Like you're seeing the resurrection
I'm the revelation on a blazing chariot

And all glory to a mother's womb (2x)

Got the message on the cellphone
Hit the brodie "what the crew tryin battle with"

And Tiz on the beat
Like he work for the skull and bones
Man, I'm glad you home
Man, I swear we on

[Verse One]

I want to be as free as Martin Luther, Jr.
Standing on the podium
Holier when I'm quoting him
And you aint gotta live this life
To be a messenger
You was lost in the madness
And felt abandoned
I aint blaming em'
See what's the point of living
When all this violence due
Is getting us killed
And I'm a sinner
On the path of forgiveness
I hope you hear it
Cause if Heaven was a mile away
I'm jumping the fence

[Chorus]

We just want to see it
We just want to see it, Heaven (2x)

"That's right, we just want to see Heaven. Row right here, you're tuned into OGT Radio. This is the number one track on our top ten countdown, it does not get any realer than this. Poe, let them know" - Row Dayanghirang (106KMEL Radio)

[Verse Two]

I want to be as peaceful as Malcolm X
In the room with the rifle
Disciple of Harriet Tubman
And Nat Turner's revival
And that's a problem
See, My whole life
I was told I was too conscious
Watching these White folks
Get praised for the same
And it's a shame dawg
Stay in your lane dawg
Oh, you a nigga with an attitude?
Then bang dawg
Oh, you a vato
You rollin with them ese's
We never had a problem with each other
Til the bigger homies said so
Look at what we doing
Nigga look at what you doing
(Black and Brown we gotta unify)
I'm trying to live long enough to see
My Black and Brown respect the unity
See, we aint gotta kill each other
We are not the enemy
And you can't change the future
If you're stuck up on the past
You was caught up in these rags
And bet your life against the blast
My nigga

[Chorus]

We just want to see it
We just want to see it, Heaven (2x)

What is love?
That's the answer
Love, that's the answer
What is love?
Love, that's the answer
Love, what is love?
That's the answer

We just want to see it, love
We just want to see it, love
That's the answer
Track Name: Channel Road Inn

Stay humble. Keep your eyes focused on the prize. Keep your dreams to yourself. Or spread them with the world, and be ready to pursue them.

Vibe with me

At the Channel Road Inn

[Verse One]

And I swear to God
When I speak my truth
I see my baby girl
Up in them pretty boots
You see I'm blessed and humble
I'm thankful too
I see the sun is shining
Man, the world is beautiful
Take me away
I see a lot of yall swag
Need to pump on the breaks
And dream bigger, baby
My momma raised me
And the streets they taught me
How to walk through darkness
See I'm Black and handsome
My mind is beautiful
My eyes see poetry
On these blocks I'm running through
My people
Switch up the culture
My Heavenly Father
And watch for the vultures, preach

[Chorus]

My baby girl, you know I love you
My twin brother, you know I love you
Papa J., you know I love you
My momma dearest, you know I love you
My nigga Twon, you know I love you
Joogy Jugg, you know I love you
My nigga Mook, you know I love you
Man all my niggas, you know I love you

[Verse Two]

We want a million dollars ballin'
And another Black goddess
Up in the White House
For my grandfather
Rest in peace
I bet I ball out for the paper
Or the fortune and fame
Like what's your purpose
Man I swear to God
(cherish every moment)
(we aint promised tomorrow)
My ex girl was wanting more for me
Then I could ever really give to her
I've had niggas leave the Threat cause-

Voicemail:

"Hey lovey, it's me. I'm just calling because I want to hear your voice. I long for you baby, and I miss your touch. And I can't want to see you again. Talk to you soon baby, bye." - Jean Aster
Track Name: Do Better
Introduction:

Say that one more time, Grandma.
"It's not important what other people think of you. It's what you think of you, Chad. And you came from the best, the best" - Grandma Poe

[Verse One]

Ayo them angels in the outfield
Keep a distance
It was never seen in my hood
Brenda was poppin babies
Like every weekend
Shorty's barely fifteen
On the block with the pick up
Fuck the bacon and the swine
They'll shoot it out for the stick up
Ptown killas
The type to emancipate their incarceration
They're going straight to jail
When eighteen hits
And their pleading the fifth
It's kind of funny in the long run, right?
You sell that poison but be mad at a snitch
Now what's the point of this?
Got love for your hood
But not for your people
Oh, you solid as stone?
Well homie you're see through
See I've been there
And I've done that
You niggas brag about what?
Peddles in the dust
And when you die, aint worth a buck
My nigga

[Chorus]

They want to see us do better
They want to see us doing better
Locked inside the brain
Could never take away the pain (2x)

We just pebbles in your window
Bullets through your temple
I am not your equal, nigga
I am not your equal
You are not my equal
I am not your equal, nigga

"I'm experienced now, professional. Jaws been broke, been knocked down a couple of times, I'm bad! Been chopping trees. I done did something new for this fight. I done wrestled with an alligator. That's right. I have wrestled with an alligator. I done tussled with a whale. I done handcuffed lightning, thrown thunder in jail." - Muhammad Ali

[Verse Two]

I was just that token with a destiny
Never had a child though
That was probably for my peoples
I just want you to be proud of me
Did I do my best?
Do you respect my efforts?
Am I appreciated?
Is this love forever, dawg?
Cause I've been living up in a box
So many homies have disappointed
I threw a lock up on the lock
And now they're wanting to reconnect with me
My focus is Papa J. in all honesty
We aint really been a group
Since back in the day

[Chorus]

They want to see us do better
They want to see us doing better
Locked inside the brain
Could never take away the pain (3x)

We just pebbles in your window
Bullets through your temple
I am not your equal, nigga
I am not your equal
You are not my equal
I am not your equal, nigga
Track Name: Views From The VII
Introduction:

"Message said you'd be here. Still, kind of thought it'd be one of your minions who showed up in the flesh"
- Det. William 'Bunk' Moreland

"You caught up in some of my people's papers? - Omar Little

[Chorus]

Now if I got locked
Would you jack my style
Or try to downplay me
To cash out on the cow
And If I got locked
Would you be there to greet me
Or leave me in a cage
Like them animals on TV (2x)

[Verse One]

If we're being honest
Never needed a cosigner
From these wack ass rhymers
My sperm cells pack a meaner clientele
Than Tony Soprano
I'm Omar with the shotty
In a phony rapper's lobby
I'm probably bout to catch a body
You on The Wire my nigga
See, you Stringer in the window
I'm Mouzone without the bow tie
If you can't tell
I'm hungry for this shit
Like it was retail
Bet a million that I'll body
Your favorite rappers and females
(55 my nigga)
See even Jesus had to die though
And I aint really into photos
So don't ask unless it's promo
Still mothafuck the coppas
On this block that I'm walkin
The gorilla stomping in darkness
Never one for the barkin
I bring the chaos
Niggas aint shit without their crews
Or a pussy's face when you're facing em'
Claiming your style aint Reaganism, paganism
I'll push the bacon back in the stable
Swine dining findings
Never the villain or god that I be
Pay attention
You wasn't sharing the wealth
So now we're taking it
You don't know about that struggle
Cause you spend a couple days in it
And I'll dick slap you PaRappa, The Rappers
And laugh casually
How you carrying the Westcoast
Knowing you aint as nice as me
Keeping it thorough
I had to cut some niggas out of my circle
(pause)
That's what that paranoid will do to you
Who's iLLer than us
The heat that you're packing will never bust
I'm never dusty with the raps
I give respect when it's given back
But never that
So why these suckas hating
On Poetic's raps
It's probably cause
Me and my niggas about to bring it back
Or probably cuhz
Them niggas been knowing that they wack
It's that classic AZ and Nas
Illmatic raps mothafucka

[Chorus]

Now if I got locked
Would you jack my style
Or try to downplay me
To cash out on the cow
And If I got locked
Would you be there to greet me
Or leave me in a cage
Like them animals on TV (2x)

[Verse Two]

At any minute I could flip it on em
A career based on instrumental drops
And catchy punch lines
I'm done talkin
The rain of seven like mathematics
Spit it backwards like White America
White power with Afros
And still wouldn't change shit
The still will leave you brainless
I'll still pop the steel
If ever broke to steal your bank with
That alpha and omega
I spit it for the culture
Triple sevens in my paradise
I'm hella nice
I purified holy water in dirty sprite
The Devil's blessing Trap niggas
The God was never true to them
Food for thought
Was better off anonymous
Painting pictures
My flow schemes
A vivid interpretation of scriptures
You niggas never gon' pop
That money talk
That's ever corny rapper
On every block
Stop dumbing down my culture
You Kings and Queens
Be selling off your royalties
To the vultures, uh
Oh what, you thought this was a game?
To me, I'll lace the beat in a coffin box
And tell it to rest in peace
What part of the game aint niggas comprehending
That simple science
I'm the Alchemist
And equivalent exchanges
Is my accomplishment
That riverside reppa
All up in your sector
I've been gutta with the raps
And I'm steady reaching for the dresser
Got caught up in a stack of wackness
Wrapping up packages
Dip and damaged them
My apologies
I had to switch the plan on them
New beginnings
I never was the type
To handle contracts, so
Them niggas aint around
Their loyalty fronted
I hit that reset button
We ever lasting
I'm steady casting off
Recruiting authors
Ayo the Threat is like when Hell was conquered
This is that wordplay villainous
While niggas be grillin
From unlimited distance
Eliminate your style before you had one
I'll strap cast on
Without the mask on
Then I'll toss you in a lake to pass on
Before I blast off
The Villain

[Chorus]

Now if I got locked
Would you jack my style
Or try to downplay me
To cash out on the cow
And If I got locked
Would you be there to greet me
Or leave me in a cage
Like them animals on TV (2x)

Outro:

"I'm just working, doing what a man's suppose to do" - Det. William 'Bunk' Moreland

"Oh I know you've been busy. Caught some talk from them men you roughed up, over on the Westide" - Omar Little

"All this death, you don't think it ripples out? You don't even know what the fuck I'm talking about. I was a few years ahead of you at Edmondson, but I know you remember the neighborhood, how it was. We had some bad boys, for real. Wasn't about guns so much as knowing what to do with your hands. Those boys could really rack. My father had me on the straight, but like any young man, I wanted to be hard too, so I'd turn up at all the house parties where the tough boys hung. Shit, they knew I wasn't one of them. Them hard cases would come up to me and say, "Go home, schoolboy, you don't belong here." Didn't realize at the time what they were doing for me. As rough as that neighborhood could be, we had us a community. Nobody, no victim, who didn't matter. And now all we got is bodies, and predatory motherfuckers like you. And out where that girl fell, I saw kids acting like Omar, calling you by name, glorifying your ass. Makes me sick, motherfucker, how far we done fell" - Det. William 'Bunk' Moreland
Track Name: Glory
Introduction:

All hail The Villain. We're gonna end it like this, from Purgatory to Glory. Rise up, wise men from the West. Organized Threat, The Purity of Love and War

[Verse One]

You know that kid
Back in 98
Before he had the throwback kicks
Back in 92
Before he had the skills to tie his shoe
He was dancing out to Poison
Or singing bout The Blues
Could have caught on that VHS
Reppin the culture
A young nigga
Always had a smile around the vultures
Stuck with the passion
Through many trials and tribulations
Digging through crates and
He bet his life against the matrix
This is where we meet up
The flow is tougher than Midas
The sidelines
I'm writing rhymes
For those like Leonidas
Revenge of the Titans
Feel the wrath of the Black Assassin
You couldn't pop him off
With a million dollars in your mattress
An Emcee
Live with a purpose or die forgotten
I done sacrificed so many things
This house has turned too rotten
A hollow shell existence
For those who's wishing the death of me
You couldn't kill him off
I applaud your dedication
The voice of the people
You couldn't picture the bigger picture
Like living out in Flint
Without a dime to change the filter
The voice of the people
You couldn't picture the bigger picture
Like living out in Flint
Without a dime to change the filter
Goddamn

[Chorus]

I was searching for a purpose
I never new what my worth was
Battle off against Kings
While dragons fly above us
This is just a moment in time
I'm realizing that
Mortal men battle
From purgatory to glory

[Verse Two]

The Clash of the Titans
Battle through elements for Olympus
Zeus swinging Leviathan
Hades standing against the Four Winds
I beg to differ
Meet me at the cross road in all gold
The rode of the Holiest
Silk woven from the Iron Fist creator
The God is greater
My wordplay reflects the verbal four play
My sword swings beheadings all day
Death to the bourgeoisie
Word to my Black Utopia
Prophecies written in stones thrown
Predict euphoria, word
Don't get it twisted
I could switch it up like ring tones
And flip a couple stones like Flintstones
With my demeanor baby
Young black and restless
Still adding checks to my check list
Wooden floors against your flesh
Reflect your death wish
I choose better
Long haul for the run
You respect the efforts
I've never been afraid of defeat
Or regret the weather
Sunny side up
Lay the bacon down
When I hit em' off
I'm peeling off of the block
A couple shots against political devils
And money rules the world if you let it
My nigga wise up
Cause everything that's nice aint Lennon
Or Michael Jackson
Sony assassinated the King
And Martin is still fighting for a dream
God bless em.

[Chorus]

I was searching for a purpose
I never new what my worth was
Battle off against Kings
While dragons fly above us
This is just a moment in time
I'm realizing that
Mortal men battle
From purgatory to glory (2x)

From purgatory to glory
Purgatory to glory
Mortal men battle
From purgatory to glory
